Website hosting and security
Ansaq is delivered through Cloudflare. When you visit the site, Cloudflare may process technically necessary request and security data such as your IP address, time of access, requested page, browser information, and security signals.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form from automated abuse. It processes technical and interaction signals required to determine whether a request is legitimate. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also collect privacy-focused, aggregated usage information when enabled.
Contact form and email delivery
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, message, language selection, and the technical data needed to protect the form. We use this information to answer your request and, where relevant, take steps toward a contract.
Form messages are delivered using Resend. Resend receives the information required to transmit the email. We do not use contact-form data for newsletters or unrelated advertising without separate permission.
When these features are enabled, limited inquiry details may be stored in Cloudflare D1 and sent to a private Telegram bot for internal notification. Cloudflare Workers AI or another configured AI provider may analyze the inquiry to prepare an internal summary, questions, and a draft response. This analysis does not make binding decisions or send replies automatically; an authorized person must issue the reply command before an email is sent.
Cookies, external links, and international processing
The site may store a language-preference cookie. Turnstile may use technically necessary storage for security. Links to services such as WhatsApp open an external provider whose own privacy terms apply.
Cloudflare, Resend, Telegram, OpenAI, or other infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, the provider is responsible for using an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards.
Retention and your rights
Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to answer the request, continue an agreed business relationship, defend legal claims, or meet statutory retention duties. Data is deleted when those purposes no longer apply.
Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
